Locally owned and operated, Reliable Septic and Water Certification, LLC is located in West Grove, Pennsylvania in beautiful Southern Chester County. We are conveniently located to serve Southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Central New Jersey.

Company President and co-founder Henry W. McKinney began in the septic business in the 1970’s working with his father, Henry Sr. at McKinney's Fuel and Construction doing site testing, minor repairs, and installation work strictly within the West Grove area.

During the summer of 2000, Henry and Vice-President Thomas Pearson formed Reliable Septic after Henry Sr. retired and closed his business. Both Henry and Tom were moving on after long careers as Paramedics. The company focused itself into the field of environmental issues concerning on-lot septic systems. With decades of combined experience in the business, Reliable Septic still offers today the same traditional values established by Henry's father over forty (40) years ago: That the customer's every need will be handled in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Over the course of the past seven years, our company has grown to meet the continually growing needs of our client base and has expanded to provide service in all of Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Berks County of Pennsylvania; as well as New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland.
